shaker or T/A hood?

when i get my challenger in June later this year i was thinking about getting a T/A hood but saw that they are coming out with a shaker option.
wanted to get some opinions on what people think.

I'm a fan of the T/A hood. When i finally get my challenger, IF i do, I'm counting on a stone white R/T, with a black T/A hood, black spoiler, and black T/A stripes down the sides. Thats all IF chrylser can stay afloat for a bit longer.

same here.. i hope that they do i am hopefully getting mine in June =)
when i get mine if i do get the T/A hood i am going to do the same thing, keep it black and get a set of hood pins for it too =D
but the only reason i was thinking about a shaker was to increase air intake for more power =D
can never have too much power!

Hey that is my plan. I missed my chance in '71 to pick up an orange T/A. I've kicked my self ever since.

Has anyone consider the T/A side dump exhaust?

G5 will be shipping their T/A hood starting in February. I don't know if the Mopar Performance part is available yet. Their replacement spoiler (the notched on -- less radical version) looks really nice too.

Mine should be here next week.

my dad always tells me that back when he was in high school his friend owned a hemi orange HEMI 'Cuda!!! and he sold it as soon as he graduated for a "newer" car.

Personally, I'm partial to the shaker style. Just one of those looks that I associate with muscle cars.
