Something I've noticed after I installed my Diablosport 93 CAI tune is that my traction control will randomly turn itself off while I'm in the middle of driving. Both traction lights will come on meaning the one with the little car and ESP BAS.

Anyone else had a problem like this? I've look but can't find anything on it.

Some side notes:
Traction Control is Enabled on my tune
This will happen without me touching the ESP OFF button.
It's a pretty rare occurrence but has happened a few times.

thats a scarey thought, did you call diablo? its one thing to do it and being fully aware and its another to think its on and its not.

It still chimes when it turns out, but I can see how someone could miss it (radio), in bad rain this would be pretty dangerous. I let my father drive my car and I bet he wouldn't notice if it was off.
I should try and contact diablo, I'm just not sure if it was caused by their tune or not, but I only noticed it after it was installed

JW if anyone has had this issue without a tune.

well, if its the only change since.....its probably the tune. Something possibly didn't take right during the flash...it is a computer and computers are imperfect as they are made by man. id suggest reverting it back to stock and then attempting a reflash. If it persists, i'd remove the tune until you talk to diablo unless you do it tomorrow or something. If the ecu is turning it on at will...who knows what else could be funky.

Pull the OBD codes, see if a wheel sensor is on it's way out.

easiest thing to try would be to restore your factory tune and then try and write this one again. something got fubared in the process

Alright, I reset to factory tune, then re-installed the Diablo Tune. I made sure traction was enabled. Also pulled the #2 fuse to make sure everything is reset. We'll see if it works.

I've swapped tunes a dozen times, and on one occasion,I was left with a check engine light .Just repeated the tune cycle and it went away. Computers are known to do strange things, pretty sure that's why they invented the term "computer glitsch"

Ok, the problem seems to be fixed, but I've noticed a significant lack of power after re-installing the tune. The car seems much slower now. I used the same tune, with the same parameters as before, but now the tires won't squeak in second gear like they did before.
Anyone had a problem like this?

i have not heard of that before. since you have had a couple of tunes that dont seem to be 100% correct id try updating the tuner. updates are available on the diablo website. you will have to return the car to stock tune, flash the update too the device and then reapply the tune to your ride.
