I traded it because I missed having a manual trasmission to row gears (the R/T Plus was an automatic). :bouncy:
It's blackberry pearl with a 6-spd, STP, and not sunroof. My R/T Plus was pretty much the same except auto and had a sunroof. I'm really digging the Classic though, love the way it sounds.
But I still try to understand why some Classic have polished aluminium (Cragar style EDIT: Heritage wheels)) wheels as mine, and some dosen't, as this one.
I'm curious about your sound comment. The Classic sounds different?
The Envy wheels are standard, the Heritage wheels are now an extra, I believe. The heritage wheels are forged, does anyone know if the Envy wheels are forged or cast?

The 6-spd exhaust sounds different (better) than the auto exhaust on the R/T Plus that I traded in (ignoring when the MDS kicked in). I had not ever driven a 6-spd Challenger so I didn't know that it would sound different. I noticed the 6-spd mufflers are cylinder style versus the oval style on the auto. In any case, I am a happy camper.
As for the wheels, the sales brochure says that the envy wheels are standard on the Classics and the Heritage wheels are available. About 6 weeks ago I bought a new set of Heritage wheels to replace the chrome clads on the car I traded in but I swapped the chrome clads back on prior to trading it in. I figured I would put the Heritage wheels on my new Classic but I dunno, the envy wheels are really growing on me.
I also noticed in the sales brochure that white stripes are the only ones listed for the blackberry Classics. I guess black was added later on. I with they stood out a little more but I also like the subdued look.
Very very nice car. I too think the R/T Plus and Classic represent the best looking trim levels, at least through these eyes. I much prefer either to the SRT - particulary as I am entirely happy with my near-stock 5.7L. :icon7:
