Re: Why very little r/t badgeing?

If they are indeed decals, maybe someone could come up with that easily enough. I believe I emailed a certain graphics vendor from this forum about a rear spoiler decal for my R/T, reply stated it wasn't in their plans at the time. Maybe things change??

Re: Why very little r/t badgeing?

The R/T emblem in the media photos of the Challenger R/T was photoshopped in. The R/T emblem on the my car is a 1969 Coronet decklid emblem, it did not have posts, already has the 3M 2-sided tape and was a 15 second install (alignment time). It fits perfect. Purchased at a swap vendor for $20.

Kuda, how about a nice close-up pic of your badge for the teeming masses waiting for their car?

Re: Why very little r/t badgeing?

Would love it if they would put the R/T emblem on the spoiler. Hopefully they decide to do this by the time I get my R/T.

Re: Why very little r/t badgeing?

Dodge may have intentionally left some emblems off of the car because they figured a lot of owners would like their own style. Some people will probabley put the old style cursive "Challenger" script on the fenders or were ever.

If you have an R/T, couldn't you order the grille "R/T" emblem from the parts department and then stick that on the spoiler with two sided tape? The grille emblem should be about the right size.

I had that same thought.

I already have a set of new Challenger script and R/T emblems for the front fenders like a 70 Challenger. All I need now is the car! Still in "D" status as of today.
