when did you purchase your car because either you already have it or somebody at the dealer doesn't know what they are talking about. Try to get to the hidden menu. With the car started and in park, turn the radio off by pushing the volume knob once. Press the menu button until your dash reads the current outside temperature and the mileage on your car. Then on your steering wheel, press and hold the arrow that points up for 8sec then hold the arrow that points down until you see your dash menu change. The key is to time the arrow up button right. The key is to hold the arrow up button for between 7 or 8 to 9 or 10 seconds. Sometimes it takes me 3 trys and other times it take me atleast 10 trys.
IF YOU HAVE THIS SOFTWARE YOU HAVE THE TUNE
Software: V9.29
pn: 56046389AD
CAN Bus: VMM1632
Above is the version b1ackjack got just lately.
mine is:
Software: V9.21A
pn: 66066770AD
CAN Bus: VMM1632
As I said, "they told me I was due for a flash, but that because it wasn't part of a recall I may have to pay for it if Chrysler said they wouldn't cover it".
I think I'll just "call" a different dealer with my VIN number tomorrow and see if I get a different response from them.

well if you have that on your dash when you do it then you have the tune
You know, it's going to be pretty sad when you don't take your car to the dealer, instead you call up technical support and they tell you "I'm sorry, I can't help you until you upgrade to the newest patch and run an anti-virus check".
I have a 2013 sxt purchased at the end of October 2012. I have had the rich cold start rumble/shake of the cabin since day 1. After engine idle drops to normal and engine starts to get warm it goes away. I actually made a thread for it in thech help. I had mentioned this issue to my service manager at my dealer, and he said it was normal. I will bring this flash update thread up for sure when I talk to them this week.
I find it strange that my 2013 still has this (assuming, as I have not looked at my EVIC yet, or even figured out how to use it lol. I will try this weekend following the video). Is this something that they had only started addressing recenctly?
My new '12 SRT had a rumble/shake on cold start every morning until I installed my Diablosport 91 Octane Performance tune. Now it's gone. I didn't even realize it until just now reading this thread. Last Tuesday morning I had the rumble/shake like every morning since I bought it, installed the tune Tuesday afternoon, it hasn't happened since.
