Paint each side of the quantum bit you got from think geek. Let dry. I ruined two of them trying to get the thickness right. It dries a bit more transparent than it seems. Place them 4 in a row on a strip of the mounting tape like 1cm apart. Peel off the other sticky side and apply firmly to the very bottom edge (seems to be the best place, YMMV, this tape peels very easy and cleanly, so try what works best for you).
Would definitely give it a shot at about 30 bucks cost. My calcs figure it will run out of batteries in 2-3 months, by which you'll porbbaly be bored anyways. But right not I can't count the holy shit that's awesomes
