na easy to do.. can be a little hard on the finger tips. have a pair of scissors handy so as you may need to trim off some of the back of the pipe as in some spots it is to DEEP to go into the grooves and may take some adjusting. but is real easy

You can also go to a decent sewing and fabric shop and look through their piping/welting section. I did this with mine and for about $5 I purchased more than enough to do everything I wanted. I actually got a cotton two color piping/welting instead of the vinyl that everyone is using. It matches the car color better and is more subtle..............most people do not even notice it unless they are looking for it.

Thanks for the info - was thinking that would be about the right size. I used marine grade vinyl on my last major upholstery project as well. Below is a link to the site that is hosting the buildup of the truck. The interior stuff starts around page 19 if your interested.

Am on vacation next week, will have to see if I can find some appropriate colored vinyl around town and give this a try

I just did this to my interior and love it. I have to get more to do the back seat area. Real easy to do.

ducker55,

Can you tell me where you got your floormats? Those look like they would be perfect for the winter. Are they Orange? Do you know if they are available in Red.

Thanks!
