I wash mine whenever i have the money to. (Its dirty right now and i have about 3 bucks saved up lol) costs rougly 20 to do it how i like it at the car wash. and i use to wash it every week, but since its canada and cold. Ive been cutting back. sadly. But during the summer! I wash it by hand once to twice a week. (3-4 hours)

I invested in a quality Honda pressure washer and don't know why I waited so long to get one. Washing a Challenger, G8, and a Excursion at the do-it-yourself gets expensive and old, fast. I end up washing everything every weekend for the price of soap, detailing spray, and about 2 hours time.

I bought my 2012 August 17th, and as of December 28th, I have roughly 9500 miles on her. So yeah....she sees the road, not the garage walls!

I have a great crew at a local hand-wash place that runs me about 30 bucks bi-weekly and they do the exterior only. Between those two-week periods I spot clean, spray wax and detail the interior.

Come spring, I'll strip and hand wax myself twice a year or so.

...and I vacuume whenever needed with my new eureka 71b hand held vacuum.

After all is said and done, I'd hate to try and consider the actual cost.

$8 to $20 each month, depending on the quality of job I want from the local washers. I try to do it myself if I get "motivated". If I do it myself, it's $7 for the wheeler cleaner product and a couple of bucks for soap and tire shine.

I'm to scared to add it up!

I'm really picky about my cars, I've never taken it in for a detail as I don't trust any shops around me not to wreck something. I wash it almost every time I drive it!
