This just happened yesterday. A guy I know had a shopping cart hurled into his 2012 Mustang. It was caught on security camera. Two teens sprinted while pushing a cart, then threw it into the Mustang, and took off running. It did some real damage too:

This type of sh*t really pissed me off. It's sad that people can be so petty and jealous of other people's cars, that they have to result in damaging it! It's sickening!
My a$$hole of a neighbor decided to put this little corner fence near my side of the driveway a few days after I bought my challenger. It's like doing a 3 point turn to get into my driveway so I don't hit the stupid ugly a$$ fence. My mother bought a new Equinox and already scratched her bumper on the fence.
shootdownthestars, let me know the camera system you bought is. I'm thinking of investing in one myself. First year of moving into our house, my wife's lawn ornaments were stolen. A month later, a tree she planted, was uprooted and thrown down the street. And oddly enough our house is always targeted. I mean we keep to ourselves and don't bother anyone. One neighbor was saying there are a lot of teenagers that live on the street. Plus there is a park nearby, so I guess they get drunk, stoned and decide to cause havok.
no_pulse .. sounds like my street.. Generally quiet but there is a park right by us too. Teenagers are usually going in and out during the summer months to smoke pot and drink. Like i said, i'm surprised i went this long without being targeted.... but at the same time I don't think it was teenagers. No teen would throw 4 eggs direct hit and ONE car only and not bother with any other car on the street (like the fancy lexus or bimmer a few doors up....) Or any of the cars parked on the street.
We've had lawn ornaments stolen before also.
I picked out one of the Lorex systems. It's $499 at Costco. Comes with 4 cameras and a monitor, 8-channel box and all the hookups. Just need your own plug for internet hookup and voila... watch remotely from iphone or laptop anywhere!
Hope to have it up and running by the weekend. I'll post pics.

It's disturbing that people would do pointlessly destructive things like this... Have you asked if any of your other neighbors have seen anything suspicious?
Nobody saw anything, and nothing else was egged or damaged in the area (from what I saw). The neighbours we do get along with like to keep to themselves too. We aren't snoopy.. but my eyes are definitely peeled for anything conspicuous now.
A few years back in East Vancouver a Camaro had it's entire front end blown clean off. It seems that someone had taken a two gallon gas can and filled it half with gas and duct taped a spark plug in the top but not in the gas on a plug wire lead. Then they pulled a wire off the distributor and plugged in their gas can lead in the middle of the night.
Guy came out to his car and cranked the key first thing in the morning....boom. I've always wondered if it was a neighbor fued thing.......
This whole thread makes me sick to my stomach. I'd go ballistic if someone vandalized my cars. Everyone who has been vandalized in this thread has my utmost respect for not killing the idiots lol.
