I would not have FOUND Bob if it weren't for the kind hearted people at Challengertalk forum willing to share their good fortune with others. I can only reiterate that you have to EXPERIENCE BOB for yourself. Just one phonecall to him and you will soon see why many us here at the forum are singing his praises. This forum is such a success and right now I would just about consider it the "bible" of challenger forums and that is because the people here are serious about obtaining the challenger, learning every detail about it and sharing valued information to everyone so that they too can get the car of their dreams - without the runaround that we have been hearing/experiencing for months now.

We all know at this point that we know more than the most of the dealerships. But I can tell you - we DON'T know more than Bob Frederick! Bob can't post on this forum, but I bet you he wouldn't because he it to busy taking care of his customers and rallying improvements for the car, and getting our messages heard as best he can over at Chrysler. And because every one has a unique situation, location, whatever Bob is THERE FOR YOU. I swear, I don't know how he does it all. When he calls, it's like your friend is on the other end. By the way, Bob's getting his own Challenger any day now - and why wouldn't you want to speak to someone with his knowledge, experience and the car to boot. You wouldn't believe his connections for any and all modifications either.

And then the fun really begins because Bob will listen to how you want to customize, modify and make it one of a kind. No pushing on his end. He LISTENS. As a woman, I swear, buying a car from Bob and working with him thus far was easier than giving BIRTH and I had an easy time with THAT!

For those of you who have purchased an 09. Congratulations!. For those of you SICK AND TIRED of the runaround, you have nothing to lose by phoning Bob. Whatever your situation, he will do his best to point you in the best direction and help as best he can.
I only want to share my fantastic experience with Bob and with an ever changing world where many people are just out for themselves, the majority at this forum have no problem sharing their good fortune, knowledge and experience. With a limited amount of SRTs in 09 and a lot of interested parties I can only thank this forum for the wealth of knowledge and support it continues to give me on a daily basis.

I won't be out modifying my engines like some of you guys (lucky you) but I just have the sincerest appreciation for this automobile and I am building to what I can personally handle!! If I am willing to look for the best dealership and service available then I hope you guys who REALLY know your stuff contact Bob. He is your man. Don't take it from me, take it from Bob. He won't let you down and neither will the people at this forum.

Why? Bob should be penalized for not only offering a good price but the best service I've had thus far from a dealer that causes his clients to be excited?

The best advertising is word of mouth as opposed to just spitting out a low price as the main pull, and I'm happy to share my experiences with Bob to others because Bob has gone above and beyond at every turn for me. If a dealer does such a great job at selling cars and providing bar none service, they don't have to spend tons of money on advertising as the word of mouth recommendations just roll on in on their own and speak for themselves. That's what is happening here, just a ton of extremely happy clients of Bob sharing their experiences.

Make your clients so happy that they want to share their experience and let everyone else know what they're missing. You'll find it comes at very little monetary cost and the returns can be huge.

trust me, i understand word of mouth. that is done through PMs on a forum. a recommendation is one thing, a dissertation is another. why should i pay to be a vendor when i could easily sign on under a different name and make rep posts like some of the ones on here?

again, its not the fact that they rep him. It is the frequency that it is being done. Bob has a great blog, it is a great collection of information on the Challenger. Most of it i had gotten from other sources, but he takes the time to put it in one place.

i don't know if you saw the post by mike v. he repped me and knows that i take care of my customers. one post, in a relevant thread.

some of these red letter dodge supporting posts almost seem like bots that are spamming forums.

anyways, i am not here to cause trouble. i am here to get some badass cars to people who appreciate them and like to have a salesperson who knows what they are selling and is as excited as they are.

You seem to be a great guy but please don't sell on my threads as a footer and all is very cool.
We like and need your input here in a big way but it is a bit unnerving to see you on these few small threads trying to drum sales at times all that being said we wont do it to you,and haven't.
I get not a thing out of this what so ever other than to know I helped someone obtain their dream car thats good enough for me Karma is a good thing.
Posting is great on any thread lets respect each others space when it comes to pitching a sale on each other threads.
This is a very exciting time for all you are correct lets work together here.I hope you sell a 100 cars as long as we are all civil and respect each others turf in a sense.

When outstanding service is provided, I will continue to give credit where credit is due.
This was my personal experience that I wanted to share. If you are giving your customers a positive experience, then they too are free to express their gratitude. If I purchased my car with you and had a positive experience you better believe I would spread the good word.

Don't want to cause any trouble at this forum either. As more and more information becomes available I am finding that there ARE a few other qualified dealerships as well. I can only speak from MY experience and hope that others will share other positive experiences in their area with who else is a reliable/reputable source. I have seen other posts sharing suggestions as to who to call and I've called others besides Bob who were recommended on this site. The other gentlemen recommended on this site were right on their game too. I went with Bob. Maybe somebody else goes with "x". The smart consumer researches his options and does what is best for their situation/location etc. as we are all dishing out lots of dough on this car and with another limited 6.1 run for 09 you better believe everyone at the forum is going to get word out who is a reliable source to check out. We don't want to get burned the way we did on the 08's. And we all know a lot of us got and are continuing to get *'d on that deal.

I certainly don't want to knock any one on this forum. It's a great forum and in the end I think we all just want to help each other out as best we can. By all means, I didn't want to discredit any one in the process, but I think most of us will agree that we had more bad experiences than good in trying to get anything out of our local dealerships on the 08's and 09's (and in all fairness, it was not entirely the dealerships fault). And to deal with one of the FEW reputable dealerships is nothing but refreshing to secure the car of our dreams.

I have a great Los Angelas area contact/dealer that got my Chally SRT8 ordered and confirmed it for MSRP. I asked him if I sent him business could he drop ship the cars from out of state orderers, and he said, "not a problem at all." He's been great to work with and very accomodating. PM me if you live in CA or any outside state on the west coast if you want his name and number and he'll get you one ordered.

I also spoke with Bob Fredericks and he is a really great guy. He was my back up if my local area dealer above didn't come through for me, but they did. Thank you again Bob for all your help!
