It really is an exciting time. Seriously it is.

For some of us it's a trip back to our childhood. For some of us it's a trip into what used to an era. And for most of us it's just a really cool car that triggers emotions in us!

It's hard to explain the grip this car has on me. After all it's only a car. Maybe because I'm getting older like all of us. I guess it's just the time of my life where emotions overtake logic.

Why is it that there are a handful of dealers across the country accepting 09 orders but the 4 dealerships I have contacted so far in the N Dallas area are clueless that the ordering banks have even opened up for the 09's?

It is somewhat frustrating that I know more about the ordering potential than they do. Right now, I am waiting on 2 dealerships to check with their Chrysler rep to see if in fact they can start placing orders.

I booked my R/T with Fiesta in San Antonio. It's a $50 flight on Southwest Airlines from Love Field. I'll be picking mine up in the fall I hope.

Yea I have been keeping this in the back of my mind. I suppose if he was selling below sticker, that would be some incentive...

I even told one local dealer that a dealership in San Antonio was already accepting orders. Hoping they will get on the ball. Waiting for the 1st of 4 dealerships to take the lead now to see who really wants my $$.
