I found this handy 1/4 mile calculator. All you have to do is to input your car's weight and horsepower. It actually provides a good approximation of your 1/4 times. See:

This is pretty cool, but disregards some serious variables:
tranny tire size, composition, and tread pattern gearing So a 3500 lb carbon fiber Challenger, puttin' out 425 ponies SHOULD run an 11.2? Doesn't seem realistic. |
