its under the Interior and Features... underneath the picture of the silver SRT8

I want to know what colors are offered for the R/T and they better allow me to get racing stripes put on that thing or I will be busting some heads.
09 R/T Colors:

Hemi Orange
Brilliant Black
Inferno Red
Bright Silver
Tor-Red
Deep Water Blue
Stone White

The only color that I like right now is that Blue. I wonder when they will decide to release Plum Crazy, 2010?

MOPAR is supposed to have stripe kits available for the new Challenger. How many Dodge dealers do Mopar accessory installs? That Mopar T-handle shifter looks cool. It kind of reminds me of the shifter on my 96 Neon.

I was surprised about the Premium requirement for the manual R/T.
Its making me rethink about ordering the manual and going to the Autostick.
Are they retarded over there? Do they not realize that gas is already at $4 in some places?
I mean, JEEZ!
The 91 octane is the preferred fuel. The minimum octane rating is 87.

Re: 2009 Challenger press release and images

Cool , ya I saw that later - we have all them colors (2 reds WTF ! no Sublime or Plum they're crazy !) at least Hemi Orange .... but I still hate those wheels/sad gauges/less bolstered seats/no Brembos etc. ..... I dunno 6spd SRT8 maybe starting to look towards ..... although the Special R/T with 20 in. .... but wait ! - only in Blue COMMON make it in those high impact colors while you're at it ... personally the Deep Water Blue v6 they showed in the video makes me yawn (not the B5 Blue ).

Re: 2009 Challenger press release and images

Maybe there holding back till 2010 for the high impact colors. The SRT has to get a power upgrade in 2010, there just no way they can't do it. The R/T is really close now to SRT territory. I noticed that B5 blue will be available late 09 for the SRT. I thought it was only on the one off 08?

I guess it depends on compression #s - my Cobra's 9.85:1 compression ratio requires Premium ONLY , and it really lets it show when I'm only putting 91 vs. 94 (Petro Canada) octane as it will pink some .

Now if the R/T 6spd can be run on 89 mid grade octane , that will be acceptable , remains to be seen though what is written in-dash : Premium ONLY ??

All I know is during the press release of Mr. Norm Supar Ram, he said there will be a limited super Challenger during 2009. I bet we'll see the first glimpse of it during SEMA. as of availibility I think it'll be like the Ram and the price 10-20K above the MSRP.
