2009 SRT8 no orange

My close friend is Bob Frederick(The Dealer on RLD) and he personally talked the head honchos at Dodge into offering Hemi Orange on the SRT8 for 2009 starting right at the beginning of the model year! He is ordering one in a six speed for me. He is really on this thing and wants the same stuff that we do. Best of all he's majorly connected to the guys that make it happen and they really listen to him.He will be announcing the Hemi Orange/SRT/'09 thing soon on RLD. He Also knows the date that they're opening up ordering for 2009s and pricing.

Any chance he can find out what the HEII is going on with the '08 Canadian Challengers? Prices? Options? Ordering?

Ask him over on Red Letter Dodge, He answers anything that he can over there but to my knowledge, thats the only place he posts.

I believe Bob cant post here or any other forums but Dodges via his agreement with Dodge.

I have also purchased a car from Bob Fredericks its good to hear others who have also chime in its gonna be a big week I feel and one hell of a long summer,lol.
I will buy from him for years to come solely because this guy is on his game like no one out there except a select few!
Want a inside track and a worry free purchase get to him he's on it,and will get you a car!
I figure all of us wouldn't be here on this forum if we were not a die-hards and us die-hards deserve the best and he's the man to get this done right.

That's great news. This guy must have some major pull to be able to influence them like that. Can he say why they dissed orange for the 2009 model in the first place, while allowing it for the R/T?

Sure I think it looks great in any color, but orange should ALWAYS be an option for THAT car.

That's great news! I was very disappointed when Dodge announced that Hemi-orange would only be available on the 2009 R/Ts. I wrote to every blog and forum complaining about this decision. All I can say to Bob Frederick and Dodge is THANK YOU!!!

We all have been told to keep that hush hush and let Bob announce that on
RLD.

Bob has more goodies up his sleeve other than colors he has worked extremely hard to push all this thru for us and we all owe him big time.Thank god for his info and insight concerning this vehicles roll-out.
I did speak to him just an hour or so ago and he's also considering a personal delivery thru his dealership and not an outside transport company!I cant wait to see that enclosed trailer pull up at my home this fall.

This in my opinion is very smart business this in a day and age you cant get a person to evernt talk to you let alone keep you in the loop.
He's making it so easy and painless how can we not give this guy our business he had proven to me from day one he is the go to guy here.
If Bob doesn't have a case of single malt scotch accumulated in his office by Xmas from all us guys who he helped something is wrong.
I know he will get a bottle from me that is for-sure,and maybe some Cubans as well!
