Now im not one to believe everything I come across on the internet but if my 2010 gets back ordered until January-February because they dont have the MEDIA CENTER, I will be pissed. I'll attach the site and under Dodge you'll see that the 430 media center is on hold until Jan 2010. WTF? Please tell me "hold" doesnt mean what Im taking it for. My car was upgraded to D status last Friday, but c'mon.

If you look up in the chrysler section, youll see earlier dates for the same radio. I really dont think that will affect any orders. It must just be the way they have it written into the stystems that something changes, or at that point they have a break and aren't building cars. I wouldn't take it into too much consideration.

You know the more I think about it the company that makes the media center must have a production hold on them as a result of having too many. Im just such a pessimist, lol.

You will be pissed. I ordered in Feb. a b5 classic and if I have to wait until Jan. or Feb. they can stick it up there @$$. I am in d1 status since Sept. 14. I called and they told me that beings I ordered convience group it would take longer. I think it is time to start firing some of the dead wait. They would save alot of money!!!!!!

Isn't the information in that link only have to pertain to orders being placed under the fleet vehicle program?

The current 430 media center radios (REN) will continue to be available until January 2010; the new 430 media center radios (RBZ) will replace the REN radios in January 2010. In other words, it's a running change which should not cause any vehicle delays.

What's the Media Center?? Is that just a MyGiG unit? Sounds scary because that's what Microsoft calls one of their operating systems.
