Hello...new here, great site, lots of useful information. Ordered a Black 2012 SRT8 Challenger a couple weeks ago...I'm curious if anyone knows if 2012 orders can also be tracked via VIN# from this link that is posted in some other locations.
Same problem I am having. Ordered a 2012 black SRT8 and cannot get a sound system that is the equivalent of the Sound system ll that is available in the SXT or RT. Come on Dodge, at least let us order the SRT8 with what you offer in the lesser models or make it standard until the HK system becomes available.
So, if I am reading the packages and options correct on the first page, starting in late November, the 900watt 18 speaker will be a part of the R/T Classic package?
This might explain the bump in price for the Classic package; that would be cool then and would make me a happy camper!

Information keeps changing, for now I have moved it back under "Optional"...
RS, as a follow-up to my question on the sound system in the SRT8, the standard equipment list shows the Media Center 430 with 6.5 Inch-Touch Screen and 28GB Hard Drive as standard. This Media Center 430 is the same as what is included in the Sound Group II package. That package includes the 7 speaker BA with 368 watt amp and subwoofer. Can you confirm if the SRT8 standard sound system includes what is in the Sound Group II package that is an option on the other models.
