yeah but if you look at my other post

i also have a window going up and down by itself

if the wheel sensor lock to lock trick worked; and it is designed to help when the battery is disconnected...

does the window rolling up and down have to do with an eletcric disruption?

Either you have a loose data cable connection somewhere. Or you have a bad window module or door handle switch and it's sending error messages on the interior CanBus link. The dealer should be able to diagnose what's messing up on the CanBus system.

Robo

if it true about the window sensor

-could that be why the abs, esp.bas, and tc lights were on in the morning. Because there was a low charge in voltage or something form doing that all night?

-if it is true and the window up and down caused low voltage, is the battery toast. I started it this morning and I realzied the window was going up and down today. So that means it porbbaly did this for about 2 days.

If I detect the problem now and not have it happen again, is there a way my battery will recharge with help form the alternator (or will I find that one of these when i go start my car the battery will be dead)?

A low charged battery or one with a cell going out can cause all kinds of temporary glitches. You need to charge the battery with a portable charger that has a gauge on it. This is because the alternator will take hours of running to bring the battery up to a full charge. In fact, the alternator really just keeps the electrical systems up with little charge back to the battery.

At 50% discharge = Typical charger using 3 Amps will take about 6-7 hours and at 10 Amps (fast charge) will take 3 hours.

The window issue will drain your battery. It probably happens when you're not looking. Of course the alternator will recharge your battery (assuming it's in good shape), but you need to address the window hiccups. Also, if your battery is low it's bound to give birth to gremlins. You know that cars are getting too smart when they start doing stuff on their own...
Damn you, Robo, I see you're also as fast typer!

when i was driving my car tonight (of course leaving the window 1/4 inch open so it wont go up and down), I went to the evic screen, and saw that the battery was charging 14.2V when moving. This seemed kinda of good

also, will leaving the window 1/4 open not have the window roll up and down?

Hey tommasom, I've got a 2011 R/T and have been going through the same madness you have! Last summer I was dealing with the windows sliding up and down on their own and Every morning I would go to start my car and it would be dead, called AAA nearly four times in 3 weeks to help me start my car and my neighbors had to help out countless times as well. Just this week my ABS/ESP/Traction Conrol lights all went off and my brakes actually have been locking up all weekend. Yet another trip to the dealer awaits me! My challenger is a 2 year old street car and is having problems a 20 year old drag car should be having. Too bad I still love that thing to death.

Hello. In terms of the brakes locking up it may be a separate issue.

The issue with your windows should be covered in your recall notice. The windows go up and down by themselves. This drains the battery. When this happens it can cause electrical problems like your abs and esp light coming on. Take it to the dealer and under warranty they will fix it. It could be a wheel sensor too, so check thsoe as well.
