Addding Instrument Cluster W/EVIC on NON Evic Cars

Has anyone added The Instrument cluster to a non EVIC car with EVIC cluster, Found good prices for the cluster (<300.00) , Can the Dealer program this to work or is there more to be done besides the steering wheel switches and module benieth wheel for switches, would like to add but need to know if possible,
