Any Brampton guys on this Challenger forum

Hello all,

I just joined the forum tonight. Now that it is official and the real deal should be rollin down the line soon I figure it will be a great way to pass the time and get info until my Challenger SRT8 arrives. I passed 6 months in 2005 on the 300C forum waiting for my 300C SRT8 to get built and arrive. I learned alot and there were a few guys that worked in the plant at Brampton that kept us posted as to when the production vehicles started down the line. In fact there were a few guys that could let people know when the cars were scheduled to be built when they received their VINS. Any of you Brampton guys out there on the Challenger forum?

There may be Brampton guys here, but I don't know for sure. Those days of tracking VIN's are long gone I'm afraid. Obviously you were around 300cforums during the good old days when we knew more about our builds than the dealer and sometimes Chrysler did.

Speckler was even fired for three months over this, but luckily got his job back. The Brampton site was shut down and that's all she wrote.

I've met a lot of them and some of these names may bring back memories. I even have my ABS pump autographed by grunt.

I forgot all the Status Codes from when I tracked my 300C/SRT8, but, Man, that was Fun/Aggrivating (delete to taste).

Yeah, too bad. Now all we have is when the dealer says it's D1 and you know how wrong they always are.
