B5 Blue

Anyone else here thinking of ordering a B5 Blue? My Wife finally got a chance to see an 08 yesterday and had picked up a brochure a few weeks ago. I think we will be placing an order for the B5 SRT8 with the 6 speed. Any ideas when those can be ordered?

Re: B5 Blue

Should be easy if you are able to wait! Someone said you could order in December or January....I have no factual information.

Re: B5 Blue

Considering I now live in Buffalo I have no problem waiting until Spring! It feels like winter is here already...

Re: B5 Blue

How will anyone be able to order a B5 in December if dealer allocations are already used up the time they can be ordered?

Re: B5 Blue

I hope someone in the know can get us an answer. This is what I would like to do as well, B5 R/t or SRT. I am sure my local dealer will not have a clue.

Re: B5 Blue

Maybe order in Nov, then do a color change, this way you are in the system early? I think that is what one should try to do. Before the car goes into D status you can make changes.

Re: B5 Blue

I may be wrong about this but I think the B5 will only be available as an R/T. In the catalog there is a R/T Classic Group option. This is where the B5 color is shown.
