A Big Thank You

After waiting an agonizing 27 months from the first time I saw a spy photo of one of the coolest concepts ever built, to being officially unveiled in Chicago last month, I have one thing to say to everyone responsible: THANK YOU!

You are about to make this big kid’s dream of owning a true American Musclecar come true. This has to be one of the most anticipated production vehicles that have ever rolled off any assembly line.

Michael Castiglione, you and I are from the same era brother, and the design of this car was screaming for someone like you. From all the photos and videos that have swarmed the Internet since February, I can’t find one that doesn’t make this car look sweet.

And to the guys making all the decisions, thanks for listening to us everyday people. We said we wanted power and the first ones off the line are SRT8’s. We said we wanted standard 6 speed and you fulfilled our wishes even though it had never been done on this platform before. I mean really, if we all sat back and thought about it for a second, we are being handed a second shot at an era that may never happen again. Let’s give thanks to those that made all this possible!

...I've owned dozens of Challengers, including the first HEMI Challenger RT/SE ever made, but never a NEW one....this is like being 16 years old again

Re: A Big Thank You

HERE HERE!! I have owned a couple of challengers, nothing special, but I always wished I was financially capable of owning a nice, true musclecar. My wish has come true and in 2010, Ill be the proud owner of a new Challenger('Cuda maybe???) 6.4 L, 6-speed, 3.92 gearing.. YEEE HAAAAAAAWWWWWWW. Ill own this car outright(unless they are offering )% financing) and keep it forever!!

To cool!!
