Dodge and Challenger seller Bob frederick is on the Chrysler BK list to be closed..Got this from the court records...A SAD day for Challenger fans
Yup... I posted on every artcile... Here is my take... I'll save it here.I posted and no show. Must be moderaror screened before posting?
:mofo:When we hear about LLC's Bankrupcy filing, we know it's due to poor direction, vision, and a lack of damage control in desperate times over many years. No matter who's leading a company, untimately, PEOPLE make decisions that lead to the success or failure of the company.
Everyone makes mistakes: Smart people learn from the mistakes of others, Stupid people make the same ones over and over. After reading the list of Dealerships Targeted to be Terminated, I see Chrysler falls into the category of the latter.
I KNOW I speak for MANY THOUSANDS of people who are LOYAL MOPAR fans and customers when I say that having Frederick Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge on your "hit list" is indicative of the total lack of insight Chrysler suffered through for many years, ...and apparently continues to suffer from. Terminating Frederick CJD would be a mistake of EPIC PROPORTIONS!
Mr Frederick has been a true "tour-de-force" for Chrysler. Bob Frederick is to modern MOPAR Customer Service as Harley Earl was to GM design. Without Bob's input and selfless devotion to ALL MOPAR customers (not all his own), LLC would have lost hundreds of orders for new cars to other manufacturers. His wealth of knowledge and willingness to help ANYONE who asked for it has shone brightly in an otherwise gloomy time. He has been an excellent representative for LLC in a time of doubt and mistrust.
Bob has been EXACTLY what your company needed in the worst of times, but his dealership in Boardman Ohio is on the list of dealership terminations? How can this be? How can Chrysler fail to see they're losing their future by ignoring their past?
I drove for nineteen hours in the snow - round trip, across three states - last November, to pick up the Challenger Bob ordered for me in May. Bob treated me with the respect, sincerity, honesty and dignity I deserved, when all of the local dealerships (none of which are "targeted" on the list, by the way) couldn't be bothered.
If the list was generated souly on "numbers", here's one more for you to consider:
If you terminate Frederick CJD, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT AGAIN! I will not buy a car from an automaker that doesn't appreciate and reward the excellence that will help turn the company around after bankrupcy.
When you dismiss your best representative, you dismiss what everyone who does business with him demands.
And THAT, my friends, is your future!
