Re: Canadian Info

Uh... I think I can't say dealer names on the forumeven if I am slamming them and telling fellow forum members to NOT go there!

I think I am ok giving you a city name though, It was a dealership in Peel ontario.
I've no idea where that is other than somewhere in Ontario.

If you really want the name, PM me. but I think you can figure it out. 8-)

I strongly suggest that no one go there looking for Challengers unless you take copius amounts of vaseline!

Re: Canadian Info

I don't belive that Peel is a town. It is a region. The plant in Brampton is in the region of Peel. There are a numbers of dealers in this region.

Re: Canadian Info

Hmmm. maybe if someone googled Peel Doge that they'd be able to guess from there. I am thinking that it wouldn't take much to figure out which dealer I meant.

Re: Canadian Info

It doesn't have the sx appeal and muscle of the Challenger, but my 20yr old son brings his friends by to check it out, so its pretty hot I suppose. All black including the windows with 20" aftermarket wheels might have something to do with it! LOL

still waiting to hear from my dealer about the Challenger though. I've now heard rumours that some canadians have Von AND vin#!! and one that might be getting shipped to him this week. Won't be too much longer now! You might get home just in time to pick yours up, wouldn't that be awesome!

AND its very very very slow!!!!

The "dealer" has two cars and uses a calgary, Albreta based cell phone for the contact number. AND says its got 100 "miles" on it, no mention of it being a "500" series.

My guess is some slimey dealer has picked up two US models, which would have to have been used for him to bring them across without Chrysler punishing the american dealer. There will be no warranty on those cars if they're US models.

BUT, I'm still curious what they want for them if anyone feels like calling. not that I would buy one, but I am curious about what they think the market will bear for a car without warranty. LOL

It's a hot looking car. I went to the caddy site to check it out. Very Nice !!
I see my dealer a couple of times every time in in. (out for 3 weeks in for 3), and when I asked him to check on a VON for me he says he doesn't have one yet. That led me to ask how he knew mine was going to be hemi-orange. He said he got that from a meeting the local dealers attended, where they got to have a look at the car. Latest I got from him was delivery mid July; but YEAH, that would be AWESOME if my car was there when I got in !! Thanks !! There'll definately be pics posted if I can tear myself away from behind the wheel. They might be a little obscured by smoke !!Caddy looks awesome in black. Nice shot in your Avator !!
