Hi, I received this message from the APA......concerning your inquiry.

Hi Robert,

I spoke to the Montreal broker, Jeff Sheltus. He does'nt think there would
be a problem for a 2009. Your member can call him directly to get more
details at 514-894-5121.

Michel

-worth a shot if you're in the market for a 09 Challenger.
This is a U.S. "flip" with no warrenty?

I think you have a warranty option...call him if you are serious. These guys do all the paper work..you just go get the car and drive it back.

With (I think 6000.00 savings on a base R/T ((and 10K+ on a SRT))..I am not worried about a warranty, personally)

well, what you said didnt make any sense. chrysler has both canadian and U.S. subsiduaries. so NAFTA has no involvement with the canadian gouging. the gouging is the fault of the canadian car companies. they artificially keep our prices higher. thats why the big 6 are being sued.

oh yes, and what was the question?? you never asked one. you just made a statement.

Re: Canadian Info

The last post leads me to this question than:

Why can't you throw on some winter tires and drive it in the winter?

It would be loads of fun? Maybe not the SRT's but the SE's and R/T? Why not.

Some of us can't afford to drive and insure two cars.

Any comments?

Re: Canadian Info

Does anyone have their Letter of Authenticity yet? (Canadian only) What does it say?
Is there a number? We're to receive it 60 days after delivery, I received my Challenger July 22.

Re: Canadian Info

I got my letter last week - it took about 8 weeks to get here.

There is no number on the certificate other than the VIN.

It comes with a nice letter from the prez congratulating you on becoming part of automotive history.

It is a nice touch - the cynical people won't like it for one reason or another - but it beats a kick in the ass!

I received mine Tuesday the 16th, about 7 weeks. It looks GREAT!! Sure would like to know the number though. Nice touch with the 500 and SRT emblems.
