In my opinion, Dodge is producing way too many "limited" edition models. It just seems like a marketing strategy to sell more cars. Consider this list:

2008 SRT (numbered)
2009 R/T Classic
2010 Furious Fuchsia
2010 MOPAR 10
2012 SRT Yellowjacket
2013 R/T Blacktop
2014 MOPAR 14
2014 100th Anniversary Edition
2015 Hellcat
2017 80th Anniversary
2017 T/A
2017 GT (AWD)
2017 Demon

As long as it goes beyond a simple color/graphic/number series, than I am not opposed.

No offense at all to the T/A, but just for example, Dodge could have tried a little harder. Don't get me wrong, the T/A looks great, but Dodge has plenty of parts they could have added to lend to the SCCA heritage of the original T/A. Strut braces, springs, etc to go along with the bigger brakes.

I'm a little disappointed with the lack of attention to adding more performance content and/or improving the 6.4/5.7 cars in general.

Not wrong but that would have increased the price and left me out of ordering my TA.

I happen to like the package so they are doing something right.

It was posted on here that your numbered car may have been built before another car but have a higher sequential number. They said the badges aren't laid out in numerical order. If it is factual then the numbers have zero significance.

As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everyone is
impossible- but pissing everyone off, is a piece of cake.

... and add the 10 Kowalski 2011 SRTs!

Still cool to see these special editions, I like looking at them and have no problem with Dodge building them. Just another thing that sets Challenger apart from the competition. I would probably never buy one but many obviously do so more power to them.

On the 80th Anniversary Shakers, I like them and especially the Blue.

Bring em!!! They will sell! No one wants to drive the same car that 500 other people have, well, not in the same town anyway lol. I love to see Challengers on the road where I live but I don't see any exactly like mine, which makes me feel a little unique.
