Challenger on 'Leverage'

I am watching the new episode of 'Leverage' on TNT and lo and behold, the psychic's car that is being towed away is a Challenger. Way to go Dodge with the product placement. I couldn't tell the exact model because it was only on the screen for a few seconds. It seems like the new Challengers are getting a fair amount of air time.

They were setting him up by feeding him hints about his future. I guess getting his car towed was one of them.

In all honesty with all the people that complain about lack of advertisement, how many shows is that now? 6, 7? I think dodge is doing a fine job. It gives people the knowledge that its out there, and lets them go see for themselves. Now throwing one into a commercial or two wouldn't hurt, but I kinda like not seeing them EVERYWHERE like the camaro and mustang. I'd rather just have it be the bad ass car in all the tv shows while the mustang is the cop and the camaro is the car it smokes off the line.

You had to see the episode. As pointed above, guy was being setup. Tow truck driver was part of the setup.

I too like the fact that Challenger is showing up in several shows. regular on NCIS-LA, cameo spots on other shows. Always black though.. need to add different colors!

Well, there was the green one in that one show on cartoon network too. I think the majority of em are black because thats just fitting of the show/scene theyre in.

It was a black SE in the show, and im pretty sure that it was a rental, it had a white bar code in the rear driver side window like most rentals have.

Sales for this car appeals to mostly a male demographic.

So to sell it - you need placement where its:

1) going fast
2) has hot women hanging all over it, and hanging all over the men who drive it
