Challenger / Mustang / Camaro Size Comparison

I got a little bored and with everyone saying how huge the Challenger is I decided to do a side-by-side comparison to see for myself. Below is a general representation of the cars and how they stack up size-wise. I found it interesting so I figure I'd post it here, too.

The Challenger is the biggest in 4 of the 6 comparisons. However, the Camaro looks to be the widest car of them all. Interesting.

Re: Challenger / Mustang / Camaro Size Comparison

I just got done measuring my garage space and then compared it to what else is in there:
Challenger: 198 L x 76 W
1991 BMW 525: 186 L x 69 W
1998 Durango: 194 L x 72 W <--- It is bigger than the Durango. This really surprised me!

I'm going to have to move vehicles around some more, since the Challenger was going into the spot occupied by the BMW.

This car is huge.

All numbers rounded up to the nearest inch.

I'm a mostly Chevy powered guy, but in lust after a new Challenger RT...
Actively shopping for a "27J" Hemi Orange, 6 speed, 18" wheels. Minimum options: Convenience and sunroof. Max options: add Uconnect GPS and a spare tire (why is this an option?) The closer to Florida and invoice, the better!
New math: Which is more, 80% of something or 100% of nothing? Interestingly enough, some car dealers choose the latter!

Re: Challenger / Mustang / Camaro Size Comparison

Are you trying to tell us the Challenger is a "boat"?

After reading another thread the other day I had gotten the old tape measure out and started measuring my garage door opening. I was a little concerned about it fitting in my 1 car garage. After looking at the relative size comparison between the vehicles you posted, I guess that settles it......I'm not getting a Camaro...it wont fit!! LOL Guess I'll just stay with the Challenger
