Just got back from checking mine out again and here is what its doing. Sitting still in neutral with the clutch in it's quiet, let the clutch out in neutral and the clutch starts making a loud rattling sound. The higher the rpm the louder the rattle and vibration. Does the same thing when you are moving. I wish these newer cars had an inspection pan on the bellhousing like they used too, sure would make troubleshooting a problem a lot easier.
yes please hold our hand and show us the procedure WestxSRT10
The only clutch i ever burned up was my 05 SRT Ram and i drove it "normal".....i learned a lessen for sure. I also made the mistake of letting my 25 year old son drive it for a few miles and (with me as a passenger)......Peeuuuy, what stink . It's all about horsepower, torque and mass/weight, you CAN NOT slip the clutch period! Don't try operate the clutch like a Honda Civic, just release the clutch at a low RPM and apply the throttle anyway you please.

That's the proper break in procedure ? That's it ? The manual says not to drive it like a Honda? Oh boy...
You also said that you have been breaking in clutches proper for many years, yet you state you yourself burned one up 4 years ago. You also state that you replaced 3 clutches from friends driving "new" cars. What, no warranty ?
Your expertise is littered with so much bullsh!t you can't even come up with a decent lie....
Why do I give guys like this credence ? I guess there is so much good information on this board, you have to take the good with the bad...
i had mine done by the aftermarket clutch company (SPEC btw). my car was the one used for dimensions, and test fitment. they had to keep it two weeks, but i got a freebie out of it.
if you can get yourself a new clutch in hand, any mechanic should be able to install it in a day and a half, two at the most. remember the exhaust, tranny, and drive shaft all have to come out to install the clutch, so its quite a bit of work.
