I think they will be for the same reasons the first generations are collectibles now. Of course the gas prices are going to play a factor. That is part of the reason the old ones are so valuable now. People will get rid of them, or rn their souls out, leaving less of them in the future. just my 2 cents. But I will runn the you know what out of mine when I get it.

I don't know if the same thing will happen with Dodge's R/T and SRT models. The only thing that might help to make them collectibles are gas prices. I think that the current horsepower race between Dodge, Ford, Chevy, and Pontiac is a temporary thing to prop up sales/profits. The future, unfortunately, is hybrids, electric cars, etc. ![]() |
