I am not sure if this is listed anywhere else. So if it is, I apologize. If it isn't, this is a SWEET MOD!!!

Re: Convertible conversion

I do like that idea. But on another subject, that stripe they put on was horrible.

Re: Convertible conversion

It does look good. I just wish they would have chosen Lemon Twist instead of nuclear green.......

Re: Convertible conversion

Can't wait to get to the SEMA show---there is going to be lot of trick Challengers. My wife is really anxious to see the ragtop. If it's done right I would like to have it done to ours. I would definitely like to have our 71 and a 2009 Challenger convertible. I think the color of that convertible is Viper snake skin. If you have been into Mopar's for a long time you start getting used to the color green. I remember my mom had a gold swinger with a white vinyl top and it came with a dark green interior.

Re: Convertible conversion

You know the 70's color 'sassy grass green' is excellent, the go wing is excellent, the stripe which is a take off of an AAR cuda sucks (the AAR stripes reduces by 4% for each piece), a regular longitude stripe would be better and those rims...i dont like that at all.

Re: Convertible conversion

I'll ask the folks from Coach Builders the name of the color of the paint when I talk to them at the SEMA show. I've had two E-bodies painted Sassy Grass Green and i really liked that color but the picture of the new Challenger doesn't exactly look like that color to me but sometimes colors just don't show up on the computer screen. Who knows it might even be a custom mixed color. Are those FOOSE wheels, anybody guess?

Re: Convertible conversion

I think those wheels wouldn't look bad if they were say 20" rims, those have got to be 24's. I wish Dodge would have offered a rallye wheel option in aluminum. Looked at Wheel Vintiques----pricey!
