Different Wheels?

Anyone notice the different wheels in the close up photo posted on allpar.com?

Yes, months ago. Several posts mentioning this. The different ones are/were put on for a more roadworthiness ride for the different public events it went to and/or Media events...i.e. so that the tires{ which also are different [ style, tread, and size]} wouldn't rub and burn & cause any undue harm !!!!

Those are cragar drag wheels. obviously made for smoking and not for bling. I really hope they don't make it onto the production model and they keep it more old school. Rallyes and dog dishes would kick.

You'll never beat the strength of a steel wheel for dragin', soooooooo bring on the body colored steel wheel with "dog dish caps".

the s/s challenger wheels never get changed...yet, the wheels on the concept car change for driving on the road. the s/s does perform some good burn outs...trust me, i've seen it
