I hope nobody buys a single car from those dealers. That would teach to push away all of their opportunity for a sale, instead of their hopes in making thousands over sticker price.

The people selling Challengers on eBay are still selling them for less than what they went for at a dealer around where I live in Delaware. I was with a bunch of my friends and while we were talking to a guy that worked at a car dealership in our area he told us that they had sold 2 2008 SRT8's at about $85K each. One of the buyers even payed the full price in cash the day he ordered it. $45K over sticker for a car that doesn't even have a standard transmission or the track pack like you can get on the '09s.

Looks to me like the dealers wanting to make big bucks on this car are out of luck. Most of the cars are not being bid much over sticker. I seen one that was actually under sticker for the high bid.

I agree the ebay market looks a bit sluggish to say the least.

Maybe consumers are final wiseing up to what the dealers are trying to do.
