Front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, 5-passenger, 2-door coupe

5 passenger coupe is a spec I've taken from another Challenger blog...now are we talking like GM "A" bodies of the eighties? (I hope I got that right, like the Grand National's and Monte Carlo's of the mid-eighties?)

I'm definitely alright with that!!!

I think 4 passenger will be more like it. I can't imagine three of anything sitting in the back accept my 2 boys (ages 3 & 5) and their cat!

Re: Front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, 5-passenger, 2-door coupe

I plan on using mine as a daily driver and when going up north to the folks cabin, I need the back seat room for passengers. The current Monte Carlo is setup perfectly for that kind of hauling but the drive wheels are on the wrong end.

2 Friends is plenty

As long as I can slap two people in the back uncomfortably, I'm fine with it. Unless they make the back seats "bucket", they'll usually find a way to say it's 5 passenger. Stick that middle belt in there, and it's all good. Sure, nobody in their right mind would ever sit in that seat. But, it's got a seat belt.

In reality, the rear seat has little to do with my decision to buy this car when it arrives.
