Re: G5 Challengers

Does that include us Canucks in Canada ?
Are the packages flexible say we want the bumper on the said car but without certain graphics like the 77 , but want the billboard side graphics still ?

Re: G5 Challengers

Heck yeah the Canucks are welcome to bring their ride down! The #77 car is a proposal rendering for a possible SEMA car. Those graphics are just unique to that concept.

The G5/S package is real nice since it focuses on mainly exterior styling, a few interior trim parts and seats, and a couple bolt-ons such as cold air intake, exhaust, and a couple suspension components to make it an affordable package and improve your Challenger in every way. Group 5 is offering a substantial discount in cost of G5 parts to the first New Challenger owner who wishes to work with us in having their Challenger fitted with new G5 components.

Re: G5 Challengers

oh , btw - I'm just trying to make this clear in my mind .....

Are you having USA customers pre-order their Challys and then G5 assembled before they ever see their Challys (before 1st delivery) , or they too have to go see you / dealer for customization of their already delivered Chally ??? I suppose being a Canuck - this latter part is our only option , unless we just order a bumper and have it mailed ?

Re: G5 Challengers

Group 5 will be doing it both ways. If you've had your Chally for awhile and decide - hey I really want the G5 body parts - no problem. We can do it either way.

Re: G5 Challengers

OK Johnny,

Here's the important question: When?

In this month's Mopar Action it reads "by the time you read this these will be ready", and I have yet to see an '08 delivered to California, so '09's are still months away, so the "by the time you read this" statement is BS.

I have been accosting my local dealership on a weekly basis awaiting the ability to order an '09, and they keep telling me come back in a month.
I am ready to try finding another dealer that will actually take an order, but I am betting I get the same type of wishy-washy response everywhere else.

I was waiting to buy an '09 R/T w/manual tranny and the Track-Pak from the dealership, but after seeing your article I may change that plan.

So again he says: When?

;^)
