General Lee Challenger....

I'd like it better without the 01 and roof flag. Looks nice with the black wheels though !

Take off the flag and the 01 and it is a great looking car.

I totally agree. Too many '68-'70 Chargers have suffered this sorry fate, so why do people have to sacrifice Challengers as well?!

Yeah, I loved the Dukes of Hazzard when I was a child, but how many of these clones do we have to deal with?!

I'm sorry... but this latest fad of making a General Lee out of anything with a Dodge name on it has gotten way out of hand. Makes about as much sense as someone trying to make a Mustang into a "Starsky and Hutch" lookalike

So NO, that car doesn't look good as a "General Lee",

and while I'm at it...

NO, it doesn't even look good with the black wheels either. Why does "powercoating" rims look good to some people? IMHO black wheels make a car look CHEAP. Black wheels may look OK on an old Model T Ford - other than that...

Lately on eBay I've seen the following cars made into General Lees: a 68 and 70 Charger (wrong years), a 72 Charger (wrong bodystyle), a 68 Coronet (wrong model), and even a 73 Duster (wrong... everything). And now this latest Challenger contraption (oh but the wheels are cool...)

I have but 2 words to say about this General Lee crap... ENOUGH ALREADY!!!

Rant over. That is all.... Please carry on.

When I get my black R/T the first thing I am doing is putting black 20's on it and dark tint.

When I get my challenger the first thing I'm going to do is shave my head and put a swastika flag on the roof of my car....
that should increase the resale value.

Oh geesh, the rebel flag isn't racist!

I wouldn't do that to my car, but I absolutely love it!
