Got Challenger

Not really. I was invited by my friends at DCX to see the Challenger today in Orange County. They did an unannounced public preview of the car. The response was unbelievable. The first stop was a Hot Rod hang out in Huntington Beach. These guys are hard core old school Hot Rodder’s. When the car pulled in the place went silent. People couldn’t believe their eyes. From there we went to Crystal Cove in Newport Beach. On the way there the car pulled over to wait for the group (media) and Newport’s finest stopped and was just blown away. Needsless to say what a morning. Here are some photos.

Re: Got Challenger

Nice. I find it hard to believe those guys at CC care about a dodge. I went there alot last year in my F360 Vert and that is def more of a wine/cheese crowd.

We appreciate the pics really but next time maybe take more pics of the car like say "the actual car" instead of your mug taking up 90% of the shot.

What does the back look like ?? or an engine shot, did you hear it fire up?

Re: Got Challenger

My buddy John and the Dodge 'Challenger' concept...just what would've been even better - me there...taking photos of the two of you together, and I would've at least taken more photos of the car itself. Man, am I really 'bummed' that I wasn't made aware of this one. At least on a positive note, since DCX planned such a major media event for the 'Challenger'...does this mean that they're just about to finally make their announcement public?

Actually it was nice having his mug in 90% of the shots since we could actually get an idea of the real scale of the car.

Re: Got Challenger

Ooooooh man, you just had to do this to me. I'm half dozing, wandering around the internet, and I come here and find this. You lucky stiff fatchance!

And then we have the big boys at DCX still trying to make a business case for the Challenger. These guys must have rocks in their heads.

Thanks for posting.
