Hello!!! I am a vendor now

My name is Fred Garza with Fiesta Dodge in San Antonio, TX. I am the Internet Sales Manager here as well as a Sales Consultant. We just paid our dues to be a vendor on this site.

Fiesta Dodge has been in San Antonio for over 20 years. We are active in the community and sponsor many local organizations. We also provide a top-notch service facility and shuttle service for our customers.

I have been selling Dodge for the past 6 years and have loved every minute of it. I have been certified all years and have been Masters Certified for two of those. I also have been Salesman of the Year (volume based) twice. I enjoy getting people the right car for them and their family. I am far from the "salesman" stereotype. I always say "If I wasn't selling them, I would be fixing them."

I own a 2004 SRT-4 and have the Stage 3R kit on it as well as the Stage 3 coilovers, a ported intake and throttle body, and 3" turbo back with side exit. I anxiously await the 2009 Challenger. I love muscle cars and this car oozes muscle. I will be holding off until 2010 to see if there is a convertible. If not, a black hardtop with the 5.7, MAYBE a 6.4 if it becomes available.

Well, I look forward to helping out members of the community. I have sold many SRT-4s on SRTforums.com and look forward to taking part in this site also. Feel free to ask me any questions. I always have my flame suit on - so let it rip if you fell the need to vent on a salesperson.

i have been on forums for YEARS. flaming isn't feared, it's expected.

We are selling 2009s for sticker. The 2008s went for a premium, but sold our 8 unit allocation in 2 days, so our prices must have been OK.

We also have received offers to buy out the first 8. We turned down those offers and kept our word.

As I said, I am a car guy, a forum guy (texasracingscene, srtforums.com, caliberforums.com, offtopic.com, and many many others), and a good person to buy a car from. I have a wife, 2 kids, a house, and the whole 9.

I look forward to taking care of you guys and just answering any questions you may have.

Welcome Fred.

If you want to read how NOT to treat your customers, read this. This was my last Dodge buying experience.

Q. Have you heard anything about when 09 pricing will be available?

Re: Hello!!! I am a vendor now

Welcome, we need all the help we can get here from reputable dealers.

I was wondering how where you able to get (8) 08 srt's??
Didn't they limit the numbers to dealers, also how long is your 09 waiting list some guys here will need an outlet soon to order the 09's due to the fact the 08's beyond the 6400 wont be built.
When will you see your first srt8's for 09?

Your assistance will be most appreciated here I can tell you that, good sales to you.

Wow.. I almost hate to admit it. I almost like salespeople like that. It makes my customers soooo much more appreciative when they meet someone who knows the product and can do a quality presentation. It is a $20,000 - $50,000 purchase after all....

Re: Hello!!! I am a vendor now

You said a mouth full when your pitching out cash like this for a car you do need a very well informed salesperson and not some minivan pusher telling you what he thinks.

Its old school to think we can get customer service in todays day and age and when you find qaulity sales people who actually know what they are talking about its worth its' weight in Gold to me as Im sure to about anyone who wants such a unique ride.
Going the extra mile is often appretiated and will bring many return sales and referals which should be the sign you have done your customers right.
Id pay extra for such no hassle service with out a doubt its refreshing to hear such saleman still exist keep it up ..

Re: Hello!!! I am a vendor now

Thank you for the kind words. I work hard and stay up late reading forums and staying up on the scene. It doesn't hurt that I am a car nut, too. I get paid to sell things that I like to play with all day. Can't beat that.

Customer service is my focus. Know my product. Know how to listen. People say things that will let you know what they want/need. Pick up on that and you can take the best care of them.

And one other thing... I love to push minivans. I think we make a great one, but that is for a different forum

Re: Hello!!! I am a vendor now

Hi Fred,

Glad to see that Fiesta Dodge will be selling the 09's at sticker price. Will this include the SRT-8 Challengers or just the R/T and SE models?
