Anybody got any ideas? I think someone had said something about using your 401ks.I know the banks have money, but I hate using them If I dont have to. Any financial experts on the bord?

Re: How are we all going to pay for this car?

I'm gonna get a loan from the bank by 2009.. I'll wait to see the reviews on 2008 model and to see if there is any problem..

if you don't wanna use the bank money, then try to sell your current car and start saving (stop drinking and smoking for a while or at least drink only once a week)

Re: How are we all going to pay for this car?

Lol, I'm already working on building my credit up for this beast. I was the guy who has always sworn up and down that I'll be the LAST GUY to ever buy a new car.

Damn you Dodge...you've corrupted me! :P

Can't wait, but It'll go directly to the paint booth once purchased to give it some extra character.

What's the estimated purchase price anyway? Haven't been reading up...I'm hoping around 40ish K.

Re: How are we all going to pay for this car?

I am saving on payments as my car I have now has been paid for a while now.

Have some gold investments that have been doing nicely as well as some uranium.

Re: How are we all going to pay for this car?

me:

trade in my current 03 stang : get about 7-8 grand.

Down payment : 10g's from ebay stuff that i sell

Finance up to 20g's on a 7 year loan so the down payments aren't bad and i'll pay off in 2-3 yrs.

Re: How are we all going to pay for this car?

A home credit line is the best way to go. I plan on paying cash to the dlr w/ a check from mine. I also can use the interest on the payt's as a tax write off hence lowing the total cost of the car.

I would NOT go the lease route on this as DCX will have a high residual and money rate attached to it not to mention NO incentives as these will be flying off the dlr lots.

If you can, simply wait for someone else to take the depreciation hit for you. Depending where you live there will be some hitting the PO lots. I live in S Fla and S calif, both known for lots of high end hot rods. Many people get cars like these then realize they are not the best daily drivers or they are to loud, to rough a ride etc.. and trade them. I was going to get a E60 M5 but the dlrs were not budgeing on the Mkt Adj Fees of $15K-20K swelling the MSRP to $110K. Fast forward two months, I see the same dlr w/ 3 E60 M5 lol on the PO lot going for $3K under MSRP. The cars had btw 700 and 1200 miles on them. I cannot understand the 700 mile one wtf??
