If 2013 is the last year, how many are planning on buying one??
I have been thinking about this for the last few months. I love my Detonator Yellow 2010 SRT-8 but did really like the way the newer ones drive compared to it. If 2013 is indeed the final year, I am planning on trading for one, provided the 2014 is not retro and or amazing. I would only do this if they offered some of the previous throwback colors i.e. Hemi Orange, Plum Crazy etc. Any other 6.1L guys thinking the same? How about you 392 guys? If they don't change the motor at all, would you still buy the last year just because or wait for the new car with rumored supercharger?
I am keeping my 2010 and in 3 years tossing a supercharger on it. At least, that is my plan as of now...

Honestly, I plan on keeping my 2010 srt too. I hope they discountinue the challenger, there are to many out there now. If I did get rid of the challenger it would be for another dodge ram, but this time with 4 wheel drive. My last 2009 dodge ram was 2 whell drive, what a big mistake.
I was offered $28K trade on mine to get me into the 2012 392 Bee = was certainly tempted = but I love this car! Plan on seeing what a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty really entails. As my father liked to say: "This is all I need."

I second all these comments about keeping the 2010 SRT that I own. Not interested in a higher payment anyways. I love the car and since I can mod it it makes it better. If/when the Barracuda comes out and it is awesome then I will have both!

Next year at this time I'll have about 16000 miles on my 2011 SRT. I don't see myself buying another car that looks and drives just like the one I have. There would have to be something really special to make me trade in on a new one. But I doubt much will be changed or offered by then, so I plan on keeping mine for a few more years.
Only way I would trade up on another Challenger is if one comes with at least 600 hp and STREET LEGAL. (not the drag pack) I guess that would have to be a pretty "special" edition. Thats why I always say im keeping the Challenger in mind but I still think I will be getting something other than a Challenger next year or sooner.
