Listen, my dad had a 1969 Dodge Charger and I grew up with three sisters.... imagine us four kids running around with the water hose and filling up dad's Charger for him. If it didn't say Fuel we would have never known the difference.. not that we knew how to read anyway.

Seriously... you know that quick-release Fuel cap was a marketing gimmick to make the average joe feel like you're on a NASCAR or SCCA race track -- the very reason its on the driver and pit-crew side and has easy access.
