maybe this is noted somewhere else and I missed it, but have any of the rest of you noticed that some sites and car reviewers sometimes post that the car has 435HP?
The first time I saw it I just assumed it was a typo. And when I saw some other sites quoting some 0-60 or 1/4mile times that seemed just a hair too fast I assumed it was a typo. But I keep seeing odd numbers pop up.
Anyone heard anything about the 2008 having 435hp or is it a case of one person hit the wrong key and other sites and sources are just quoting that error?

This is apparently [at least] one person's typo ;and as you/most know the "3" is right next to the "2" .So, like any transmittal disease , if the unknowinglies [ is that a word???] see that first typo-article then it begins to spread and spread ,until it's either out of control and/or it's remedied !!!Tee-Doo !!

"Production of the Challenger at Brampton is scheduled to start the last week in March. Challengers will be shipped to the US beginning the last week in April and will arrive at American dealers for May. Canadian Challengers will be produced after that and are set for a "summer release." Brampton will shutdown in July for tooling and training. 2009 model production will begin the first week of August for September delivery. If there is any consolation, it is that there will only be a few months wait between the 08s and 09s (sticks, shakers, and such)."

It was posted on Allpar, but not by one of the usual reliable sources. It was pasted from some other site and the information is wrong as far as "production starting the last week in March".

nice, but it doesn't actually tell anyone anything except that "the wait is over". Its been saying that for months. not that I check that page EVERY day... ok, I admit it... a few times a day, for months!! LOL
