You need to "Edit" your post and remove that pic before you get banned.

I hate it when people do that.. I even caught a dude on srtforums.com that tried to play it off like he did the editing and took the photo (both of which I did) I called him on it by pretending to like it and then told him that I took it. Kept his screen name quiet until now, I guess because it's funny now:

hahaha I knew it was yours I just wanted to see what you said if I wrote that. Honestly I knew it was yours Im not just saying that cause you caught me. Most people wouldnt write you back or would take it down. I saw your page a lllllllllooooooooonnnnnngg time ago. It's a tight pic dude Im glad you dont mind that I use it.

I just changed the sig pic he stole to a huge 800x600 picture cursing him out and calling him a thief just used the same image name.

It was promptly removed.
