Sound....turn the key and there is no growl / rumble....will need cat back at least. My reference for enough noise at start-up....Viper and C5.

Size...I guess I was expecting 9/10ths. This was just my initial impression. Car does not look "throwable". I'm also driving SRT-10 and AMG. I knew the dimensions of the Challenger. It just looks bigger.

I do like the car!!!!!

I had seen it for the first time at the Chicago Auto show and I thought the same thing it looked chunky I loved it...
Love the car always will Dodge just kicked but this time guys..

...I'm getting one and he's not (the orange one hasn't moved from BX)....I'll share the black one...he has decided he might rather wait for an 09 anyway, more interested in the 6-spd

ps...he has a black 70 Challenger conv he drives every day....I have a lime 70 Challenger RT conv and a pair of T/A Challengers that sit alot

I should add that the black paint is amazing in the sunlight.....gold and purple metalflake you can see from 10 feet away.

Brother I went with black just for that reason the metal flake is stunning on that color.
It looks purple at times and at certain angles it changes colors you are right amazing!.
