Re: My local dealership says '09 Challengers will be there next month?

I've never had it...I always see those dang commercials for it though--never at the right time, or the right car. Figures...

I know, i have been really lucky getting it three times in a row and i told the dealership it was coming out one of the times before they knew.

Its what you learn when hanging out on car sites lie the Corvetteforum and places like this. Sometimes people know before the dealerships do.

Good luck and May the Force be with You! HAHA

Thanks!!! Good luck to you too! I wish I knew what color I wanted or else I'd order mine now! I just feel I need to see the colors in person first.

Well isn't the Hemi Orange the same color thats on the 08 Daytona? I would go look at that on the Daytona and the black must be the same color. I myself wouldn't go silver but each to their on.

I know what all of the colors look like. I've seen them all in person on Chargers. But for me, I like different colors on different styles of cars. I'm just weird! LOL

Re: My local dealership says '09 Challengers will be there next month?

Well because of my car addiction, I have had lots of experience, so they can't jack me around--I won't let them. I always tell them they can't use that 4 squared piece of paper on me!!!! I also bring my man and we do that good cop bad cop thing also, just like they do to us! A friend of a friend actually owns a dealership 2 hours away from me. He gave me an AWESOME deal on my Charger, so I am hoping he might do it again for the Challenger. Buying my Charger with a set guaranteed price already going in was the best experience I've ever had buying a car (and the quickest too!) I am not sure if he'll hook it up again though.

As far as impulse buying...I definitely do that too, but I am picky, and just need to see the colors on the car in person so I don't regret anything.

If you can't get 0%....you can get below 5% from USAA Frderal Savings Bank, and Credit Unons are also a good place.

Re: My local dealership says '09 Challengers will be there next month?

Oh ok thanks for the info. I checked a few credit unions at the time I bought my Charger and they couldn't beat the price the dealer got me but things are always changing!!!

Re: My local dealership says '09 Challengers will be there next month?

A Brampton factory worker posed on allpar that "we are probably up to about 24 a day.
All 2008's will be done by the time we go on our summer holiday(Model Year Changeover). Holidays start July 14th, 2008."

This would support the rumor that the production of the 2009s will start in August.
