General DiscussionThis section contains general discussion about the new Dodge Challenger concept. If it does not fit into a more specific area, it probably belongs in here. (Dodge Challenger General Discussion)
I'm not so sure about this move... seems that the pentastar didn't represent the best time in Chrysler's history (K-car, anyone?). This seems like a step backwards.
Now they car start putting little Pentastar emblems on their fenders like GM does now with it's GM logo. If I owned a GM car, the first thing I'd do when I got home would be to take that stupid emblem off.
I agree with xjameson. When I think of a Pentastar, I think of a K-car.

Well don't all/most car makers have a car/skeleton in their history that they would like to bury , seal up and not have to be reminded of it forever ! Let's see ,,Pinto,Vega ,K-car ,early Toyota Coroola , Prism ,etc ! Hey, if one doesn't like a Pentastar, then take it off, pretend it's a real Chrystal and attach it to a loop of something and hang around neck for your lucky piece ! !!
This is the best damn news I've heard in a long time! For those too young to remember, the Pentastar was Chrysler's logo throughout its glory days of the 60s and 70s. I recall seeing it on all the Dodge and Plymouth dealer signs, car brochures, etc.
I'm glad to see Chrysler reclaiming its (American) identity. To Daimler (Mercedes), I say "good ridance!"
