You know can't remember. But I loosened the spoiler end bolts then slid the paper underneath the spoiler and taped everything up real good. Oh and always cover every square inch of your car when you are painting or dipping cause overspray is a b****. Was really easy and came out great.
Put a lot of coats, at least 4 or 5, that way will be easier to peel it off later if you change your mind. I did not use any glossifier or anything else over it.
For what it's worth... i did some wheels recently... I learned that with plasti dip, you should error on the side of laying it on a little thicker/more continuous and get a little closer with the spray nozzle. If you do it in short shots from farther away you'll get a rougher texture and it won't peel off easily. If you're not familiar with plasti dip watch videos from the dipyourcar guy on youtube. Lots of info out there for sure. Good luck!
