Today, for only the 2nd time in a year, I took my Challenger to the dealer for the upgraded battery and ground cables. After they ran my VIN, the following items came up:
  • Customer Satisfaction Notification J21 (battery & cables)
  • RRT 09-037 (Replace wiring harness to heated seat)
  • RRT 09-043 (Reprogram passive entry/keyless go)
  • RRT 09-073 (Reprogram powertrain control)
  • 16-point vehicle inspection
I took an extended test drive after the work was performed to check on the reprogrammed PCM and was pleased with the results. Throttle response seems improved and there is no longer heavy engine braking during deceleration.

I also checked to make sure they installed the correct battery and vented it properly. Also, I checked the rocker panels to make sure that they did not crack on the lift. Everything was fine and the service manager complimented me on the mint condition of my SRT. :bigthumb:
