I'm not a big fun of the MDS on my truck.

Re: Should DCX use MDS system for HP & Mileage

what's wrong with it/yours? can't you just turn it on/off when you want, cause that would be a nice feature... for getting some mileage to your next Challenger Car Show!!!!!

Re: Should DCX use MDS system for HP & Mileage

I test drove a new Charger Daytona with the MDS system. I thought it was pretty cool! as soon as I mashed the throttle, the Hemi immediately kicked in all 8 cylinders. what's not to love? good gas mileage when casually cruising, great power when stomping rice rockets/ Mustangs, etc.

Re: Should DCX use MDS system for HP & Mileage

I hope they make some improvements to it and/or offer a regular + e85 challenger.

Exclamation Re: Should DCX use MDS system for HP & Mileage

well, the e85 doesnt thrill me, as long as they can produce a 6.4 with MDS, because of course, ill love to stomp on it every once in a while, blowing away my cousins mustangs haha oh and one of them totalled a beautiful 88 cobra gt with 347 stroker kit and edelbrock performer 5.0 intake last weekend, the 75mm throttle body stuck and something in the computer went on it and it jumped a curb and hit a hydro pole about 8 feet in the air..., insurance says parts only... anyway, i'd love to get some good mileage while idling past screaming hondas on only 4 cyls haha anyway, sorry for the novel here...

Re: Should DCX use MDS system for HP & Mileage

nah, I'd much rather just shake my head in disgust, after he finally catches up to me at the next light.

after all, it's his/ her fault that they didn't buy a MOPAR in the first place!!!
