Re: Spy Shots - 2008 Challenger

Two things caught my eye very quickly: 1) drivers side gas access. 2) Hiding the qtr. window to keep us in suspense about a possible death blow, the dreaded B-pillar.

These are some great shots. The emotions are overflowing with excitement. One more day closer to sitting behind the wheel!

Re: Spy Shots - 2008 Challenger

If they are going to try and convince us that it needs a "B" pillar for strength, HOW IN GOD'S NAME are they ever going to make a convertible?? Maybe a neon 4 cyl. so the frame won't twist. The original Cuda & Challenger conv. had 426 Hemis shoehorned in them and they didn't even have a full frame, how did that combination work??

Not very well, maybe that is why they made what 30 of them in 3 years? can you say cowl shake? Bucket of bolts? I had a 440 4V Challenger convert (Real U code car) And it was VERY cool, a clean Cali car, but with all that torque it was truly a wet noodle chassis wise.

Re: Spy Shots - 2008 Challenger

I'll take the B Pillar for strength if it means getting a bad a$$ motor to run it!
