SRT Experience

I am wondering how many of you guys who have ordered an SRT Challenger are looking forward to the SRT Experience?

I can't wait to flog Chrysler's full line of SRTs- Viper, Charger, Challenger, Caliber, Magnum, and Cherokee.

See the SRT Experience web site for full details and videos:

Re: SRT Experience

I am definitely looking forward to it. I got a little taste about a year ago when Chrysler sponsored a test drive event that had a few SRT vehicles. Of course I had to drive the SRT Charger. It was a tight road course designed to not let you get going to fast. It was fun flogging it around. The ride along Dodge rep was somewhat of a d@ck as he took away the joy we were having on the road course. Little did he know that this experience was actually locking me in to a SRT vehicle. (Even though I told him I was waiting on the Challenger) It was cool to watch the Charger & Viper do a drifting demo in a choreographed figure 8 at the end too.

I was surprised by the power band on the SRT. It was a little slow starting out but got up an went once wound up. Probably felt weird because I have been driving a SuperCharged car for 10 years....

I miss these events. GM use to sponsor one too. It was fun driving the GTO & Corvette. Heck, it was even fun flogging a big Caddy around the track. You just had to keep it under control else rick losing your wristband to drive other vehicles. The offroad course for the Hummer was very cool too. Cutbacks have killed the program though...

But of course these will not be even close to the SRT experience. Heck for that guy that is on the fence for RT/SRT, probably this experience alone would make it worth getting the SRT.

Ah, I can imagine now all the looks I will get from the SRT Charger owners when I pull up in the Chally... I am soooo glad I had the patience to wait for the Challenger.

Re: SRT Experience

I was looking at the SRT experience web site a while back thinking how cool it looked. I can't wait to pull up in my black chally and drive the rest of the SRTs.

The srt experience is great but they supply the cars!
You can also buy hot laps for the person who attends with you(50.00) driver is supplied they will not be allow anything more than to sit and watch for a buddy or relative if you bring them along on track day.
